Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Develop tailored proposals to win projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor and report on bidding performance and strategies for improvement.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the tech industry and related services.
- Proficiency in using Upwork and other bidding platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
