Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2B sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to enhance sales performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring targets are met.
Requirements & Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
