ANA Solution is hiring Chat Support Executives to join our dynamic software house team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are ready to grow their careers in the tech and creative industry. No prior experience is necessary—we provide training!
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Not required – Freshers encouraged to apply
Age Requirement: 17 to 25 Years
Shift Timing:
Single Shift: 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM (7-hour shift)
Key Responsibilities:
Offer professional and timely chat-based customer support.
Assist in running and managing online campaigns.
Support the design and creative team with project coordination.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear, helpful information.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in lead generation activities and contribute to achieving sales goals (commission-based).
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, especially written.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: Up to Rs. 50,000 per month
