Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

This is an in-person position based in Karachi. Remote work is not available.

Sales and Lead Conversion

Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from prospective customers via social media platforms, email, and phone.

Proactively convert leads into confirmed bookings or sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Maintain detailed records of inquiries and sales conversions for performance tracking and reporting.

Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and close sales.

Earn an attractive commission per confirmed booking, in addition to a fixed salary.

Community Management

Manage The Consorts Hotels & Resorts presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions to build engagement and loyalty.

Share regular updates, respond to questions, and address feedback to create a positive brand presence.

Monitor and report on community trends, feedback, and sentiment to improve customer engagement.

Reporting and Collaboration

Provide performance updates on sales, lead conversions, and community activity during weekly in-person meetings at the Clifton, Karachi head office.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies with business goals.

Stay updated on all promotions, campaigns, and events to ensure accurate and persuasive communication with potential clients.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and CRM tools.
