Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Oversee invoice reconciliation, payment processing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with stores and relevant departments to maintain inventory levels and resolve quality concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement standards, MOQ/EOQ principles, and internal controls.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 05 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil or construction-related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis); familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate within Pakistan as per operational needs.
