Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Process purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain procurement documentation.
- Oversee invoice reconciliation, payment processing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with stores and relevant departments to maintain inventory levels and resolve quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with procurement standards, MOQ/EOQ principles, and internal controls.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 05 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil or construction-related industries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis); familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate within Pakistan as per operational needs.
