Job Description
- Allocate and manage work packages to contractors and subcontractors for effective project delivery.
- Draft, review, and administer tender and contract documents in line with applicable construction standards and regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, track variations, and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
- Assist in contract negotiations and resolution of disputes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert input on contractual claims to protect project timelines and financial outcomes.
- Conduct detailed cost analyses and recommend value engineering opportunities.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably in hotel or hospitality-related construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
- Proven experience in cost control, claims handling, and construction law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
