Job Description

  • Allocate and manage work packages to contractors and subcontractors for effective project delivery.
  • Draft, review, and administer tender and contract documents in line with applicable construction standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project budgets, track variations, and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and resolution of disputes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide expert input on contractual claims to protect project timelines and financial outcomes.
  • Conduct detailed cost analyses and recommend value engineering opportunities.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably in hotel or hospitality-related construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
  • Proven experience in cost control, claims handling, and construction law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
