Field Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Field Outreach Coordinator to identify talented, high-potential students from low-income backgrounds who need educational and financial support. This role requires field visits to communities, documentation of student stories, and basic data collection.

• Fluency in Urdu and basic English (reading/writing)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Access to personal transportation
• Ability to visit low-income neighborhoods confidently and respectfully
• Previous experience in social work, education, or nonprofit fieldwork is a plus
• Excel knowledge
• Basic Tech skills -taking photos, sending whatsapp/email updates, scanning documents, google drive
• Empathy and Professionalism when interacting students and families.
