Job Opportunity: Accountant

Location: Karachi

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Accountant. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and demonstrate strong leadership and analytical abilities. Candidate with 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience in accounting and leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

· Head the Accounts Department and oversee day-to-day operations
· Handle taxation matters (income tax, sales tax, etc.)
· Perform bank reconciliations
· Prepare financial statements and reports
· Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate postings
· Monitor profit and loss accounts and ensure cost control
· Prepare and analyze balance sheets
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations
· Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· Professional certifications (like ACCA, CA, CMA) will be a plus
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
