Job Description
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with each course.
Handle complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
Clear and clean tables after guests leave.
Prepare tables for the next customers (reset cutlery, refill condiments, etc.).
Process bills and accept payments.
Follow all health and safety standards.
Requirements & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress is a plus.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
