Shift Timings: 06:00PM - 02:00AM

We are looking for a highly motivated Inbound Call Center Agent to join our Dental Support Office. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments, treatments, insurance, and follow-ups

Schedule and confirm dental appointments using dental software

Provide accurate information about services, insurance eligibility, and office policies

Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and professionalism during all patient interactions

Document patient information and call outcomes accurately

Coordinate with on-site dental office staff as needed
