We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated Chat Sales Executives to join our night shift operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant design services
• Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective communication
• Maintain daily sales records and report to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Matric / O-Level
• Good command of written & Spoken English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Previous sales or chat support experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Must be punctual, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working night shifts
