Experienced Cold Callers / Sales Representatives

We are currently seeking experienced Cold Callers and Sales Representatives to join our UK-based group of companies, operating from our office in Bahria Town, Lahore.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills with a neutral British accent and a proven track record in cold calling, client handling, and lead generation. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and supporting the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
Effectively present and promote the company's services to potential customers.
Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
Meet and exceed performance targets set by the management team.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or client handling is essential.
Outstanding spoken English skills with a neutral or near-native British accent.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections professionally and turn leads into sales opportunities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
