Location Near Valencia, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage orders received through the Shopify store.
Conduct order confirmation calls to customers to verify purchase details.
Create shipping labels and coordinate packing of orders.
Track dispatched orders and follow up with logistics partners for timely delivery.
Respond promptly to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
Address customer concerns, order-related issues, or inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements & Skills
Social Media Engagement:
Maintain a responsive presence on social media platforms to engage with potential and existing customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms (preferred).
Basic understanding of accounting or order management software.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer interaction.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
