Call Center Representative (Night Shift) 3

Prism Gold Enterprise is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our call center team. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls with professionalism and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries over the phone.

Provide accurate information regarding products/services.

Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Achieve performance targets and goals.

Good English communication skills.

Prior call center experience is a plus (freshers can apply).

Willingness to work night shifts (8:30 PM to 4:30 AM).

Ability to meet sales targets and earn commissions
