**Position Details:**
- **Location:** Islamabad, Pakistan
- **Monthly Salary:** PKR 55,000 – 75,000 (commensurate with experience)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for MEP projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Collaborate with design and project management teams for accurate forecasting.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical /Engineering or DAE in related field.
- 2+ years of relevant estimation experience in the MEP sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

**Performance Goals:**
- Deliver 95%+ estimation accuracy for all assigned projects.
- Meet 100% tender submission deadlines.
- Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities in at least 20% of estimates.

Technical Skills:

MEP Estimation (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)

Reading and interpreting technical drawings & BOQs

Quantity Take-offs and Cost Analysis

Knowledge of industry codes and standards

Proficiency in Estimation Software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or equivalent)

AutoCAD (for design and drawing review)

MS Excel & MS Office Suite (advanced level)

Analytical & Organizational Skills:

Strong numerical and analytical thinking

Ability to work with tight deadlines

Attention to detail and accuracy in costing

Time management and task prioritization

Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

Clear and professional communication (verbal & written)

Team collaboration with design, procurement, and site teams
