- Assist customers with account-related issues and inquiries.
- Maintain and update client records in the database.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using multiple software.
