Job Overview:
We are hiring a Field Coordinator who will be responsible for visiting various manufacturing and industrial locations within Lahore to obtain permissions for videography. This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit different industrial/manufacturing areas across Lahore.
- Communicate with factory owners/managers to explain the purpose of the project and seek video recording permissions.
- Maintain professional conduct during field visits to represent the company positively.
- Prepare detailed daily reports of field visits, contacts made, and outcomes.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for videography teams once permission is obtained.
- Keep records organized and ensure accurate documentation of each site interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for follow-ups and planning.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort with fieldwork and outdoor travel within Lahore.
- Basic understanding of research and reporting methods.
- Proficiency in documentation and maintaining structured records.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple visits in a day.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Experience in field operations, sales, or public dealing is highly preferred.
- Candidates with own transportation will be given preference.
