We are a leading logistics and supply chain company based in Preston, UK. We are seeking an English Speaking Customer Service Representative with 5 years of experience to support our mission of revolutionizing last-mile delivery and enhancing customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate product information and order updates to customers.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in streamlining customer service procedures for efficiency.
Requirements & Skills
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry preferred.
6 days per week. 9 Hour Shifts between business operational hours of 11 am - 2am (PK TIME).
