We are seeking an Customer Service Representative which has an experience on calls for taking orders for a fast food restaurant. Join us in creating a unique cultural dining experience!

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process orders and handle payment transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate billing.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer service trends.
