Production Manager - Textiles

Oversee Daily Production Operations Supervise all staff and maintain a smooth, efficient workflow within the production unit.

Track & Report Performance Ensure each staff member meets daily targets and generate a weekly production report to justify payments to daily wage and output-based contract workers.

Material Management Monitor inventory and ensure all materials are always available to avoid any delays.

Workforce Management Actively recruit skilled workers through your industry network when needed.

Quality Assurance Ensure every garment meets our premium quality standards before moving to the next phase.

Process Optimization Reconstruct, design, and implement the overall production structure to improve output quantity and quality. Continuously identify ways to boost productivity and minimize waste.

Documentation & Cloud Storage Maintain all production-related records and ensure they are stored on a cloud-based platform, accessible to senior management at any time.

Cross-Department Coordination Work closely with our design and planning teams to deliver on deadlines and uphold brand expectations.

Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe, organized, and policy-compliant work environment.

• Position based in Lahore
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a garment/clothing production supervisory role.
• In-depth understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and production techniques.
• Strong hiring network within the local garment industry.
• Familiarity with production tracking tools or software is a plus.
