Aspiring Futures USA is a Houston-based registered nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged children and families through education, mentorship, and financial assistance.

Our mission is to help talented students from financially challenged backgrounds reach their full potential. We work across Pakistan and Palestine, focusing on scholarships and other support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to local schools, communities, and organizations to identify talented students from financially challenged backgrounds.

• Distribute and collect scholarship applications and required documentation.

• Organize and conduct testing and interview processes for student selection.

• Verify financial need and background information through document review and field visits.

• Maintain accurate records of applicants, test results, and interviews.

• Collaborate with the Aspiring Futures USA team on student selection and approvals.

• Assist in the mentor-student matching process based on student needs and mentor availability.

• Facilitate communication between students, families, and mentors where needed.

• Provide regular progress reports and updates on student selection and program activities.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields)
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, education projects, or nonprofit work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Urdu and English).
• Ability to travel locally for school visits, interviews, and community outreach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive for documentation, reporting, and data management.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Passion for education, youth empowerment, and social impact.
