Order Booker 4

The purpose of the Order Booker is to collect order, ensure availability and visibility. upholding the company reputation at all times. Implement sales fundamentals to ensure core distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit retail shops to take and confirm orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with shopkeepers (existing and new).
• To identify & develop possible Leads and Channels.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
• Ensure stock delivery to the outlets as per the given order.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and other trade offerings etc..
• Contributes to team effort by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
• Understand and support the company’s Route To Market strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
• Ability to use mobile application for sales information.
• Assist customers and Key Distributors to obtain their orders.
• To achieve monthly sales target assigned to him/her.
• Development of visibility in outlet and in trade as per thre company standard.
• Establish good and professional relationship with the customers and provide them better services as per the company policies.
• Must have passion to accept challenges and targets.
• Carry out other tasks not specified in the above responsibilities as assigned by higher officials.

• Good communication and sales presentation skills.
• Should be self motivated.
• Energetic and punctual.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Team player with a strong “customer-focus” orientation.
• Previous experience in sales/order booking preferred.
• Own bike preferred
