We're Hiring: Sales Representatives (Multiple Cities)

Help us expand our market share by driving B2B/B2C sales, building dealer networks, and promoting our award-winning solar inverters.

Locations: We require highly motivated sales staff for Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujjar Khan, Rawat, Haripur, Hassanabdal, Taxila, Wah cantt, Kamra, Peshawar, Mardan, Charsadda, Swabi, and Swat.

Job Type: Full-time / Commission-based.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (residential/commercial) for solar inverters.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and installers.
• Conduct product presentations and demos.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and customer service.
• Market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in solar, electronics, or related fields).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills. (Condition for sales experience can be waved-off if the candidate possesses high-quality negotiating and convincing skills)
• Self-motivated with a proven sales track record.
• Knowledge of solar products is a plus.
• Must have own conveyance (bike/car), and willingness to travel.
