We urgently require to hire Student Cousellor, Internees & Brandd Ambassadors for our Study Abroadd consultancy office in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad.

Package: Salary + comission

We accpet walkin candiates from 11:00 am to 6 pm.

Position Overview:

As a Student Counselor you will not only guide students in their study-abroad journey but also handle overall office management. You will be the first point of contact for students and parents while also managing administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling & Admissions Support

• Greet and assist incoming students and parents, understanding their study-abroad goals.
• Explain available study options (countries, universities, courses, scholarships, etc.).
• Assist students in choosing the right university/program based on their profile.
• Support students in preparing and submitting applications to universities.
• Follow up on student applications with partner universities and provide timely updates.
• Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring proper documentation.

2. Office Management & Administration

• Handle daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
• Manage petty cash and maintain records of daily expenses.
• Maintain an up-to-date student database, ensuring accuracy in records.
• Enter student details and track their application progress in the system.
• Coordinate with university representatives for application updates and requirements.
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing information and guidance.

3. Follow-ups & Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular contact with students and parents, addressing their concerns.
• Follow up on pending documents and application statuses.
• Keep students informed about visa requirements, deadlines, and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with partner universities to ensure a smooth admission process.
