Maintain day-to-day cash & cheque register, bank accounts ledger
Day to day transactions entry in software
Prepares payments by verifying documentation
Checking and analyzing of any kind of bills
Manage Salary and payroll
Manage Stock ledger and purchases
Prepare invoices, delivery challan,
General Office administration

Requirements & Skills
Must be self-driven, goal-oriented and aimed to success
Carry and utilize self-organizing, multi-tasking, prioritizing, self planning skills
Well-versed with IT software as MS Office (ERP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Deliver the highest professional aptitude regarding office management and administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation and creativity skills
