Tele Sales Executive / CSR

Smartway Accounting & Tax Services (SATS) is a professional financial and management services firm in UAE. We are looking for Telesales Consultants in our Lahore office. The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for customer service, sales, customer support, and training activities on a day-to-day basis.

This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills

Strong Sales and Customer Support abilities

Experience in Training would be beneficial

Proven track record in telesales or a similar role

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of finance and accounting practices

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
