Responsibilities:

- Handle embassy visa applications and related documentation

- Prepare, submit, and follow up on various documents

- Manage daily office tasks and correspondence

- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment

- Support team members with administrative work as needed

- Occasionally work from home after office hours
