We are looking for customer service representative.
US based company ( Limousine service)
Must be fluent in English.
Experience in Customer service.
Basic salary 50,000- 70,000 / month.
Office timing: We have 3 shifts 4pm to 2am 8 pm to 4 am 12 am to 9 am
Requirements & Skills
For a USA-based Customer Service Representative (CSR) campaign, candidates must possess excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent, strong listening abilities, and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in typing and basic computer tools, including CRM systems, is essential. CSRs should be quick learners with good problem-solving skills, able to explain products or services clearly, and manage time efficiently in high-volume environments.
Adaptability to different shifts (especially EST/PST), a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or within a team are also key. Sales or retention experience and basic technical troubleshooting skills are a plus, depending on the campaign.
