Position: PA & Migration Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior management by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing communications. The role requires strong multitasking skills, discretion in handling confidential matters, and proficiency in managing travel arrangements, reports, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
The Migration Coordinator will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the migration process. This position is responsible for managing visa applications, assessing client eligibility, and providing clear guidance on the migration process. The Migration Coordinator will ensure compliance with Australian immigration laws while maintaining effective communication and a high standard of client service.

Requirements & Skills
