Production Officer (Pharmacist)

A renowned herbal and nutraceutical industry based in maymar / super highway industrial area is looking for a production officer (pharmacist)

EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR+

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and GMP compliance.
• To supervise Manufacturing & filling operations to achieve the production plan on time
• Ensure Maximum utilization of resources for delivery of quality products and to improve KPIs.

Complete documentary formalities of production orders, etc.

Technical Skills

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Strong understanding of GMP regulations and implementation.
• Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes: Solid knowledge of formulation, compounding, mixing, granulation, coating, and packaging.
• Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC): Ability to monitor product standards and implement quality procedures.
• Process Validation & Documentation: Familiarity with batch manufacturing records (BMR), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation protocols.

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge

• Compliance with DRAP, ISO, and other relevant authorities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in pharmaceutical settings.

Communication & Coordination

• Ability to communicate effectively with QA, QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.

Computer Literacy

• Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
