Site Accountant 2

• Past Experience as an Accountant is required.
• Use and manage construction and accounting ERP software.
• Track and report on costs by project/job.
• Allocate labor, material, and overhead expenses accurately.
• Process vendor invoices and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure timely customer invoicing and follow up on collections.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable/Account Receivable accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee or support construction payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support financial planning and analysis.
• Ensure proper documentation before releasing payments.
• Maintain strong internal controls.
• Prepare for internal or external audits.
• Partner with project managers to provide financial insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a construction or project-based industry.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
