Role: Travel Sales Consultant (Full-Time, On-Site)
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Lahore. In this role, you will assist UK-based customers with travel arrangements, handle reservations, and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Requirements & Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and other services
Assist customers with inquiries and provide professional guidance
Maintain strong knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends
Meet sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
Qualifications:
Proven experience in travel consulting and travel management
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Familiarity with reservation systems (GDS knowledge is a plus)
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
