Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and helping to drive revenue growth for our dispatch services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a solid understanding of logistics and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new clients within the logistics and transportation sector.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Present and sell our dispatch services to potential clients, customizing solutions to meet their needs.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure customer requirements are met.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients, drivers, and internal teams.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
