Responsibilities:

- Construct, book, ticket, change, and reissue airfares (as well as other travel components such as hotels & limousine services)

- Provide exceptional customer service at all times ensuring client needs are met while supporting your colleagues ensuring a team working environment is maintained at all times.

- Must be wiling to work at NIGHT SHIFTS (ONLY) - but don't forget our every 5th day is a holiday to keep you energized ;-)

- In this hi-tech and advance world you must still believe on the importance of personal level service.

- Fluent on Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo Reservation System (highly preferable)

- Proven ability to learn new skills and online applications extremely quickly

- Strong attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and speed with efficiency

- Pricing & knowledge about domestic and International board points

- Must be good in speaking English

- Multi-tasking skills

- Knowledge about airlines regulations, visa requirements, ticketing, refunds, exchanges & hotel reservations, etc. will be an added advantage.

- Highly self motivated

- Excellent social skills

- Ms. Windows & Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
