Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual quantity takeoffs accurately from construction drawings
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using MS Excel
- Use digital tools like PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu to perform precise digital takeoffs
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to estimate material and labor requirements
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely cost estimation.
Requirements & Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong command over manual quantity takeoffs from 2D drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for calculation and documentation.
- Experience with PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu is mandatory.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and general estimation practices.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in cost projections.
