Sales Manager (Cosmetics, Home Care & Personal Care)

Feroz Trading Corporation has been serving various industrial sectors as stockists and indenters since 1986. The company specialises in Process Chemicals for various industries, including sugar, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Textile, Paint, Leather, and Paper.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in cosmetics, personal care, and home care products.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business clients, including retailers, e-commerce platforms, and wholesalers in the personal care and cosmetics market.
• Product Promotion: Lead initiatives for launching and promoting new products, ensuring strong brand presence and consumer engagement.
• Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct regular market research to understand emerging trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional agreements with key clients, ensuring profitable partnerships.

Requirements:

• MSc with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
