Job Description
Role Objective:
As an eBay Specialist, your primary focus will be driving eBay store sales, optimizing listings, analyzing competitors, and implementing effective pricing and promotional strategies. You will maintain listing quality, perform A/B testing, and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize eBay UK store listings and product variations.
Perform keyword optimization, listing improvements, and A/B testing regularly.
Analyze and monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
Set up promotional campaigns and manage eBay marketing tools effectively.
Coordinate with the Graphic Design team for creating engaging visuals and store banners.
Maintain eBay account health, monitor performance metrics, and proactively address issues.
Collaborate with the CSR team to handle returns, feedback, and disputes efficiently.
Track daily performance, document activities, and provide regular insights via ClickUp.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience managing eBay accounts, preferably for international marketplaces (UK, US).
Expertise with eBay Seller Hub, Terapeak, and promotional management.
Strong skills in keyword research, listing optimization, and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (CSR, design, management).
