Ecommerce VA (Tiktok, AI, Influencers, Support) - REMOTE

We’re looking for a doer — someone who takes initiative, loves solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working directly with the founder to help scale multiple eCommerce brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing our TikTok Shop affiliate program

• Handling customer support (email and DM-based)

• Doing internet research and organizing findings clearly

• Collecting and structuring data in Google Sheets

• Finding and coordinating with influencers

• Using AI tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney to speed up creative and research work

What We Expect:
• You take ownership and get things done without micro-management

• Clear, daily communication with 2–3 hours overlap with PST timezone

• Output > Hours: no need to work 40 hours if you finish fast

• Trial period in the first month to assess performance and fit

• Ideally available to start by April 14 or sooner

About the Founder: I used to be a software engineer at Google and Tesla, sold a 7-figure eCommerce brand earlier this year, and now I’m building a portfolio of new brands. I move fast, provide clear expectations, and reward people who take initiative.

What Success Looks Like After 3 Months:

• The TikTok affiliate program runs smoothly with weekly creator activations

• Influencer outreach is systemized and consistently tracked

• Customer support messages are handled within 12–24 hours

• Research tasks are done independently and presented clearly

• You’ve suggested at least 1–2 improvements to how we work
