Job Description
Supervise the daily operation of water-cooled chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
Monitor HVAC system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and indoor air quality.
Assign and oversee tasks for HVAC technicians and ensure timely completion of work.
Respond to HVAC system failures, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs.
Maintain records of system performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities
Conduct routine inspections of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers.
Oversee chiller descaling and water treatment processes to prevent scaling and corrosion.
Monitor refrigerant levels, detect leaks, and ensure proper handling of gases.
Calibrate thermostats, humidity sensors, and control systems for accurate operation.
Ensure that emergency HVAC shutdown procedures are in place and understood by the team.
Supervise and train HVAC technicians and maintenance personnel.
Maintain logs of HVAC operations, maintenance schedules, and repair activities.
