Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to collaborate with our U.S.-based team in securing and managing projects. Responsibilities:

• Take interviews and meetings as a candidate during job-hunting processes to secure job opportunities.
• Participate in on-camera interviews and discussions with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure new projects and ensure successful project alignment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in senior or higher-level full-stack development roles in Python/Django/AWS stacks.
• English Proficiency: Fluent or native-level spoken English is essential.
• Availability: Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

Compensation:

• Full-Time: $2,000 – $3,000/month (based on experience)
• Part-Time: $30 – $50/hour
• Bonus: $500 per active project secured
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
