IBA Tutoring, located in Burlington, specializes in affordable and flexible online tutoring in math, science, and English across various grades. Our mission is to elevate academic journeys through personalized tutoring services, ensuring that every student, regardless of age or subject, receives the guidance they need to succeed. We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Part-Time Virtual Tutors (1:1) to support our diverse students in their learning journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions in math, science, and English.
- Assess students' needs and personalize lessons accordingly.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student performance and goals.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong knowledge in math, science, or English subjects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
