Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers boarding the bus.

- Ensure a welcoming and safe environment throughout the journey.

- Provide information about travel schedules and stops.

- Serve refreshments and manage seating arrangements.

- Address any passenger inquiries or concerns during the trip.

- Collaborate with drivers and staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service attitude.

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.

- Flexibility to work on rotation and adapt to changing schedules.
