Truck Dispatcher

We are currently seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of truck routes.

- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.

- Track shipments and address any issues that may arise during transit.

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver schedules.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Familiarity with DOT regulations and industry best practices.
