Position Overview
This role focuses on implementing, managing, and auditing ISO management systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting our organization’s commitment to quality, safety, and information security. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of ISO frameworks to help enhance our operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO management systems.
- Conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry-specific requirements.
- Support the development and execution of risk-based strategies to enhance operational performance.
- Prepare audit reports, compliance documentation, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging ISO standards, auditing techniques, and compliance trends.

Requirements & Skills
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Quality, HSE, Information Security, or Environmental Science.
- Preferred: Advanced degrees such as M.Phil, MBA, or specialized diplomas in QMS, HSE, or ISMS.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality, HSE, Information Security, or Risk Management.
- Hands-on experience in implementing, managing, or auditing ISO management systems.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, auditing principles, and risk-based thinking.
- Proficiency in audit techniques, report writing, and non-conformance handling.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance within the industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
ISO Auditor Certification: (if have then it's a plus)
Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification in the following ISO standards:
- ISO 9001 – Quality Management System (QMS)
- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System (EMS)
- ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
- ISO 27001 – Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Other industry-specific ISO standards as required.
