Job Description
Key Responsibility
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, market research and customer outreach in your designated area
• Meeting with client (Owner, Architects & Contractors) and demonstrating and presenting product
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
• Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Target Market:
Construction Companies, Architect, Consultant & Contractors (with Private & Govt)
Requirements & Skills
Required skills and qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, preferably with construction industry.
• Willingness to travel on the job when the situation demands it
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills
