Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant with experience in eClinicalWorks (ECW) software to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care while efficiently managing electronic medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments

Record patient histories, vital signs, and other medical information in eClinicalWorks (ECW)

Schedule patient appointments and follow up on medical inquiries

Prepare exam rooms and ensure proper sterilization of equipment

Administer medications or injections as directed by healthcare providers

Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and general health guidelines

Handle administrative tasks, including medical documentation, billing, and insurance verification

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant

Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) software

Certification as a Medical Assistant (preferred but not required)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
