Title:- Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Job brief :
We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
- Knowledge and experience of SRB and GST
- Cordination with employees / clients and vendors
- Making monthly payroll and marking attendance
- Making client bills, follow-up for payment and collect payment
- Making cold calls to potential clients (daily 10 calls)
Responsibilities:
1. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
2. Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
3. Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
4. Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
5. Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
6. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
7. Deal with customer complaints or issues
8. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
9. Assist in vendor relationship management

- Experience of at least 2-3 years
Job Types: Full-time - Salary: Rs30,000.00 per month
Bike: Candidate must have his own bike.
Ideally Candidate must be living near Tariq Road, Bahdrabad , Sindhi Mulsim, PECHS, Shah-re-faisal. Office location: Tariq Road.
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Office timing: 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM ( Monday to Saturday)
