Job Description
- Conduct strategic market research and develop industry-specific penetration plans for targeted sectors.
- Oversee data scraping, cleaning, and segmentation for effective client outreach strategies.
- Lead client registration processes and complete all relevant documentation, including ISO certification, compliance documentation, and bank coordination etc.
- Register GTI on all relevant portals for tenders and projects.
- Prepare and submit detailed bids and proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
- Assist senior management in vendor acquisition and establish strategic vendor relationships.
- Monitor and optimize the sales cycle, providing strategic options on payment terms to enhance account receivable and turnover ratios.
- Ensure that strategic plans and industry approaches are effectively communicated and implemented by the Sales Engineers.
- Maintain and regularly update databases for leads, client details, and market insights.
- Provide comprehensive back-office support for the organization, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Oversee logistical operations and coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare logistical documentation, including shipment schedules, tracking reports, and inventory updates, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and targeted industry trends.
- Develop strategies for LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Identify and suggest strategies for new market segments and business opportunities.
- Assist in any organizational initiatives beyond listed responsibilities as required by management.
