Outbound Sales Agent (UK Campaign) 10

CallCafe is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join our team for a UK-based campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, ensuring smooth sales processes, and driving conversions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential UK-based customers

Perform data scraping and lead generation to build a strong pipeline

Ensure proper sales execution and conversion of leads

Transfer qualified leads to the QA team for further processing

Conduct one-on-one meetings with potential clients to close deals

Follow up from the initial contact to the first payment cycle to ensure a smooth customer journey

Requirements:

Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (UK campaigns preferred)

Strong English communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively

Experience with CRM tools and data management

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic Salary: 50,000 PKR
