Twice Too Travel is looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking their trips. The role involves handling inquiries, recommending travel packages, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, knowledge of travel destinations, and the ability to create personalized travel experiences.
Requirements & Skills
Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to sell travel packages, upsell services, and close deals effectively.
Customer Service – Strong interpersonal skills to understand client needs and provide excellent support.
Communication Skills – Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of Travel Industry – Familiarity with destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations.
GDS & Booking Systems – Experience with reservation platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.
Problem-Solving Ability – Quick thinking to resolve booking issues and customer concerns.
Attention to Detail – Accuracy in booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Multitasking & Time Management – Handling multiple client requests efficiently.
Target-Driven Mindset – Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Basic IT Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for managing bookings and customer data.
